These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Kasaloma BOS. By using the platform, you agree to these terms.

1. Service Description

Kasaloma BOS provides tools for contact management, follow-ups, renewals, WhatsApp communication, campaigns, AI-assisted inbox handling, team collaboration, and business workflow management.

3. WhatsApp and Messaging Compliance

Users must comply with WhatsApp Business Platform policies, Meta policies, Twilio policies where applicable, anti-spam rules, consent requirements, and all relevant communication laws. We are not responsible for suspensions, restrictions, template rejections, or delivery failures caused by misuse or third-party platform decisions.

4. AI Features

AI-assisted features are provided to improve productivity. Users must review important outputs and remain responsible for decisions, messages, records, and actions taken through the platform.

5. Service Availability

We aim to provide reliable service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Access may be affected by maintenance, internet issues, hosting providers, or third-party services.

6. Fees and Subscriptions

Renewals and subscription terms are shown at the time of activation or renewal. Continued use may require an active subscription.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kasaloma BOS is not liable for indirect losses, business interruption, lost profits, data loss caused by third-party systems, or messaging platform restrictions.

8. Suspension or Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if there is misuse, non-payment, policy violation, unlawful activity, or security risk.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after updates means you accept the revised terms.
