Add and edit contacts
Create clean customer records with phone, WhatsApp, email, stage, address, and assignment.
Good contact data
- Name or business name.
- WhatsApp/mobile number.
- Email if available.
- Stage such as Lead, Prospect, or Client.
- Address and city when needed for orders or service.
- Assigned staff member.
Avoid duplicates
Search existing contacts before creating a new one, especially when customer messages from the same WhatsApp number.
