Translate customer messages and staff replies without changing the original conversation meaning.
Purpose
Translation helps staff understand messages in Malayalam, Hindi, English, or other languages while keeping the original customer message available.
Recommended behaviour
- Show original message in the conversation.
- Show translated text clearly as a helper text.
- Use the configured translation model from AI settings.
- Show an error if translation model or API is not connected instead of silently failing.
Important rule
Do not make business decisions only from weak translations. For addresses, phone numbers, payment details, and names, verify carefully.
