What AI model use cases mean

  1. AI Inbox Auto Reply: model used to answer customers.
  2. Translation: model used to translate chat text.
  3. Transcription: audio-to-text model used for voice notes.
  4. Smart Bot: model used for Smart Bot actions.
  5. AI Updater: model used to read conversations and update records where enabled.

Best practice

Keep use cases clear and test each one separately. A working chat model does not automatically mean transcription or translation is connected.
