Why assignment matters

Assignment keeps responsibility clear. It also helps reports show which staff handled which leads, customers, and follow-ups.

Expected behaviour

  1. Assignment update should happen without full page reload where possible.
  2. Filters such as assigned/unassigned should stay selected after update.
  3. Staff should only see contacts allowed by their role and company settings.
