Connect Meta WhatsApp Cloud API
A public setup guide for connecting Meta WhatsApp to BOS.
Before starting
- You need access to Meta Business Manager.
- Your WhatsApp Business Account and phone number should be ready.
- You need token, phone number ID, and business/WABA details where required.
- Webhook URL and verify token must be added in Meta developer settings.
After connecting
Send a test message from a customer number and confirm it appears in AI Inbox. Then send a reply from BOS and confirm delivery.
