Details usually needed

  1. Account SID.
  2. Auth Token.
  3. WhatsApp sender number.
  4. Webhook URL configured in Twilio.
  5. Approved templates if sending outside the 24-hour window.

Testing

Use one test customer message first. Check inbound message, outbound reply, media, and message status callbacks before using it with real customers.
