Monitor API health and connection activity
Use the Phase 6 health dashboard and connection.health action to monitor API success, failures, active webhooks, and pending retries.
Where to check
Open Company Settings → Developer API & Webhooks. The API health dashboard shows selected connection performance for the last 24 hours.
What it shows
- Successful inbound/API tester/outbound requests.
- Failed requests needing log review.
- Active outbound webhook count.
- Pending retry queue count.
External app action
Use action connection.health to return the same health information through API for your own app or monitoring dashboard.
