Use the in-app API payload tester
Validate or run API payloads from BOS settings before connecting an external system.
Where to find it
Open Company Settings → Developer API & Webhooks → In-app API tester.
How to use it safely
- Select the correct connection.
- Load a sample payload such as Create contact or Create order.
- Keep Dry run enabled first to validate structure.
- Untick Dry run only when you want BOS to execute the action.
- Check Recent API logs to see request, response, and error details.
