Edit, cancel, or correct an order

Edit order details internally without accidentally sending unwanted customer notifications.

Internal edit rule

Editing an order should not automatically notify the customer unless the staff intentionally sends a message.

What can be corrected

  1. Customer address or delivery phone.
  2. Product quantity.
  3. Payment method or payment status.
  4. Pickup location or shipping note.
  5. Internal notes for staff.

Be careful

If invoice, shipping label, or payment is already linked, some edits may need restrictions or audit history.
