Edit, cancel, or correct an order
Edit order details internally without accidentally sending unwanted customer notifications.
Internal edit rule
Editing an order should not automatically notify the customer unless the staff intentionally sends a message.
What can be corrected
- Customer address or delivery phone.
- Product quantity.
- Payment method or payment status.
- Pickup location or shipping note.
- Internal notes for staff.
Be careful
If invoice, shipping label, or payment is already linked, some edits may need restrictions or audit history.
