Order is not created

Check product, customer details, required fields, payment method, and AI action mapping.

Common reasons

  1. Required customer address or phone is missing.
  2. Product is not mapped or inactive.
  3. Payment method was not recognized.
  4. AI detected intent but did not call the order creation action.
  5. Field mapping placed PIN code or mobile number in the wrong column.

Safe test

Create the same order manually using the same customer and product. If manual works, check AI/Smart Bot mapping. If manual fails, check order module fields.
