Order is not created
Check product, customer details, required fields, payment method, and AI action mapping.
Common reasons
- Required customer address or phone is missing.
- Product is not mapped or inactive.
- Payment method was not recognized.
- AI detected intent but did not call the order creation action.
- Field mapping placed PIN code or mobile number in the wrong column.
Safe test
Create the same order manually using the same customer and product. If manual works, check AI/Smart Bot mapping. If manual fails, check order module fields.
