Order created but customer not visible in AI Inbox
Check support-mode mapping and real customer conversation linking.
Expected result
After AI, Manual, or Smart Bot order creation, the customer should appear in AI Inbox with support mode and also be findable under the Closed filter where order-created contacts are mapped.
Check
- Order has correct customer/contact ID.
- Smart Bot order linked to real AI Inbox conversation.
- Support mode flag was saved.
- Closed filter includes order-created/support contacts.
- Chat list refreshes without losing the customer.
