Template variables are missing when sending
Make sure template placeholders are detected and staff can fill values before sending.
Expected behaviour
If a template contains variables, BOS should show input fields before sending from AI Inbox or Campaigns.
Check
- Template sync includes variable placeholders.
- Template body is stored correctly.
- Send modal reads variables from the selected template.
- Staff fills all required values before sending.
