Voice note is not transcribing correctly

Check transcription model, audio quality, language hint, and whether text reaches AI reply flow.

Check these points

  1. Transcription use case has a valid model selected.
  2. Audio file is received and playable.
  3. Language hint is passed when available.
  4. Transcription text appears in AI Inbox.
  5. The transcription is sent to the AI reply model if automatic voice reply is enabled.

When audio is unclear

Ask the customer to resend voice note or type the details. Do not create orders from uncertain transcription.
