WhatsApp message is not sending
Check 24-hour window, template approval, token, sender, webhook, and provider errors.
Possible reasons
- Free text attempted outside 24-hour window.
- Template is not approved or variables are missing.
- Meta token expired or wrong.
- Twilio credentials or sender are wrong.
- Media file failed to upload or is unsupported.
Test path
Send one simple text inside the 24-hour window, then test a template, then test media. This separates provider issues from template or media issues.
