What this guide is for
Use this when you open BOS for the first time. It gives the clean setup order so your workspace is ready before customers start messaging.
Recommended setup order
- Complete company profile, logo, address, contact number, and business details.
- Add owner, admin, and staff users with only the permissions they need.
- Connect your AI provider and test the model from AI settings.
- Connect Meta WhatsApp or Twilio WhatsApp and test inbound and outbound messages.
- Add products or services with correct price, images, and stock/order settings.
- Create one test contact and one test order to verify the full flow.
What to check after setup
AI Inbox should receive customer messages, Orders should save correctly, notifications should appear inside chat, and staff should see only the data allowed for their role.
