Create an order manually

Staff can create an order directly from the Orders module when customer details are already known.

When to use manual order

Use manual order when staff receives an order by phone, walk-in, Instagram, WhatsApp manual chat, or when AI did not create the order automatically.

Steps

  1. Open Orders.
  2. Choose Create Order or Add Order.
  3. Select or create the customer.
  4. Add product, quantity, address, and payment method.
  5. Save the order and review the order detail page.

After saving

The customer should enter support mode and appear in AI Inbox so future WhatsApp replies are handled as order support.
