Order status notifications and AI Inbox visibility
Customer order status messages should also appear in AI Inbox conversation history.
Expected behaviour
When BOS sends an order status update to the customer, the same message should be saved in AI Inbox so staff can see exactly what the customer received.
Common statuses
- Order created or confirmed.
- Payment pending or payment under review.
- Packed or ready to ship.
- Shipped with tracking details.
- Delivered or completed.
- Cancelled or refunded if applicable.
