- AI-created order: customer enters support mode and appears in AI Inbox/Closed filter.
- Manual order: customer enters support mode and appears in AI Inbox/Closed filter.
- Smart Bot order: real customer conversation enters support mode and appears in AI Inbox/Closed filter.
Why this is important
The customer should receive consistent support after order creation regardless of where the order was created.
