Orders, payments, and shipping flow
Create orders from AI, manually, or Smart Bot and manage COD, prepaid UPI, status, and labels.
Order creation sources
- AI Sales: AI collects customer details and creates order when required information is complete.
- Manual Order: staff creates order from the Orders module.
- Smart Bot: staff or AI-assisted bot creates order from the Smart Bot screen.
Payment flow
For COD, order can move directly to confirmation. For prepaid, UPI QR should be sent only when the customer asks for prepaid, UPI, GPay, QR, or similar payment wording.
Internal edits
Editing an order should be treated as an internal action unless a staff member intentionally sends a customer notification.
