What Smart Bot is for
Smart Bot is used to take structured actions from a chat-like screen, such as creating contacts, updating customer details, and creating orders.
After Smart Bot creates an order
The real customer conversation should be linked back to AI Inbox. The customer should enter order support mode, and future replies should appear in the correct AI Inbox conversation.
Mobile behaviour
Like AI Inbox, mobile Smart Bot should first show a compact contact list. When a customer is opened, the chat screen should show with a back button.
