Create an order from Smart Bot and move the real customer into support mode.

What should happen

  1. Smart Bot collects or confirms product, quantity, address, phone, and payment method.
  2. Order is saved under the correct customer.
  3. Customer appears in AI Inbox.
  4. Customer is moved to support mode.
  5. Customer can be informed that the order has been created.

Why linking matters

The Smart Bot card is not enough. The real AI Inbox conversation must be updated so future WhatsApp messages continue in the correct customer thread.
