Contact support when

  1. AI is not replying after settings are checked.
  2. WhatsApp webhook is connected but no messages arrive.
  3. Orders fail to save.
  4. Staff sees data they should not see.
  5. Payment or shipping flow behaves incorrectly.

Send useful details

Share module name, what you clicked, expected result, actual result, screenshot, and time of issue. Do not share secret API keys.
