How to troubleshoot safely

  1. Check the exact module where the issue happens.
  2. Repeat with one test customer or one test order.
  3. Check settings connected to that module.
  4. Avoid changing many settings together.
  5. If it affects customers, pause automation until the flow is confirmed.
