Webhook setup and testing
Webhook connects WhatsApp providers to AI Inbox. If webhook is wrong, messages will not arrive.
What webhook does
Webhook is the URL where Meta or Twilio sends inbound messages, delivery status, media events, and sometimes template status.
How to test
- Copy the exact webhook URL from BOS settings.
- Paste it into Meta or Twilio settings.
- Use the correct verify token if Meta asks for it.
- Send a real test message to the WhatsApp number.
- Check AI Inbox and webhook logs if available.
